You know this time there are some of our neighbors here drinking liquor outside the house. Aren't they aware that they're noisy? We're doing some works here. And besides, drinking liquor is not good to our health. It may result to some diseases that destroy our body. Why they can't stay on a place that they won't disturb others? Or they just stay at their home and sleep since its already late in the evening. If they don't want to sleep, they can watch TV or read books, magazines and other sources of news and information. Or if they have computers, they'll browse the internet. There are lot of information they can get.
